Possible account deletion
Request account and data deletion
You can request deletion of your Possible account and associated personal data at any time. This page is available even if you no longer have the app installed.
What to include
- The email address used for your Possible account.
- Your full name.
- Your coach's name, if you know it.
- Whether you want the full account deleted or only specific data removed.
What happens next
We will verify the request before deleting data, to protect your account from unauthorized deletion. Once verified, we will delete or anonymize account data that is no longer needed. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal or legitimate operational reasons.
