Privacy Policy

Possible is a coaching platform used by fitness coaches and their invited clients. This policy explains what information we process when you use the Possible website and mobile app.

Who is responsible

The service is operated under the developer name TeamPossible. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at support@possible.fitness.

Information we collect

Depending on how your coach uses Possible, we may process:

  • Account information such as name, email address, phone number, profile image, role and login details.
  • Coach-client relationship data such as coach assignments, membership status, goals and notes.
  • Health and fitness information you or your coach add, including workouts, meal plans, food diary entries, check-ins, body measurements, weight, hydration, steps, progress photos and coach feedback.
  • Messages between coach and client.
  • Files, lessons and other coaching material assigned to a client.
  • Device push tokens so we can send app notifications.
  • Technical information needed to keep the service secure and working, such as authentication/session records and server logs.

Apple Health steps (optional)

On iPhone, you can choose to let Possible read your step count from Apple Health. Possible requests read-only access to step count and calculates an average for the latest seven completed days on your device. Raw daily Apple Health samples are not uploaded to Possible. Only the average you review, optionally edit and submit in a check-in is stored and shared with your assigned coach.

Possible does not write data to Apple Health and does not use Apple Health data for advertising, marketing or data mining. Connecting Apple Health is optional. You can manage access at any time in the iPhone privacy settings and can always enter or correct your steps manually.

How we use information

We use the information to:

  • Provide the app, website, coaching dashboard and client experience.
  • Let coaches create and manage client training, nutrition, check-ins, messages and progress.
  • Let clients log progress, complete check-ins, view assigned plans and communicate with their coach.
  • Send account activation emails, service messages and app notifications.
  • Maintain security, prevent unauthorized access and troubleshoot technical issues.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising. We use trusted service providers to operate the product, including Supabase for authentication, database and storage, Vercel for web hosting, Expo/Firebase for push notification infrastructure, Resend for transactional email, and Apple/Google app platform services. These providers process data only as needed to provide the service.

Device permissions

The mobile app may ask for camera or photo-library access when you choose to add a profile photo or check-in/progress photo. The app may ask for notification permission so your coach can send important updates. On iPhone, the app asks for Apple Health step access only when you choose to connect it. These permissions are optional at device level, but disabling them can limit related features.

Retention and deletion

We keep information while the account is active and for as long as needed to provide coaching, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at possible.fitness/delete-account.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including in the EU/EEA, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at support@possible.fitness to make a request.

Children

Possible is not intended for children. Coaches should only invite clients who are old enough to use a fitness coaching service in their country, or who have appropriate guardian consent.

Changes

We may update this policy as Possible evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
